1/ You need to put in the hours



2/ You don’t have to go hungry to strip fat



3/ It’s okay to enjoy food – hell, it’s actively encouraged



4/ And you don’t need to live off chicken and turkey



5/ But not every day is cheat day



6/ Exercising puts a real spring in your step



7/ But rest days are pretty awesome too



8/ If someone tells you lifting is for men – you know exactly what to say:


9/ Because you CAN have muscle without looking like Arnie
